BY BANK TRANSFER
By credit card (Visa / Mastercard) All requests will be handled on a 'first come-first
served' basis. Topkon will make every effort to confirm your hotel in accordance
with your priority. Hotel reservations will not be confirmed if the proof of payment
is not received by Topkon Congress Services. Check-in and Check-out times The normal
check-in and check-out times at most hotels are 14:00 and 12:00 noon respectively.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Hotel deposits less a processing fee of EUR 30 will be refunded provided a written
cancellation is received by Topkon Congress Services before February 1, 2008. For
the cancellations between February 1 - March 1, 2008, full refund less one night
fee will be provided. Please note that there will be no refund for cancellations
received after March 1, 2008.
